Need to update a payment method or cancel a subscription box with Whippoorwill Charm? 

- Head on over to www.whippoorwillcharm.com

- Click on the “Manage Your Subscription Box” button located in the top right corner of each page on the website and the bottom left corner of each page. 

- Create a login if you have not/if you have then login here.

-After you are logged in click the drop-down arrow by your name (This will be where the manage your subscription box button was)

- Click Subscriptions

- You can manage all aspects of your subscription box here.

Need to reset your password to login to www.whippoorwillcharm.com? 

- On the top right corner or the bottom left of any page on the website click Manage Your Subscription Box. 

- This will prompt a pop-up box. You will be able to choose from the following.
New to this site? Sign up
Login with Google
Login with Facebook
Login with email

 

- Click login with email. 

-Below the email and password blank spaces click Forgot Password. 

-A reset email will be sent to the email address you have on file.

 
- If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with you will have to create another account.

How often will I receive a Subscription Box? 

 

All subscription boxes are shipped out on the 15th of the following months. 

March/May/July/September/November/January. 

 

 

 When can I purchase a subscription box?

 

Subscription boxes are open the 1-5th of the following months (bi-monthly).

I missed the window to purchase a box? What do I do?

Click here and scroll to the bottom of the page to to sign up for our email reminders about the subscription boxes. We will send you an email when they open again.

I canceled my subscription box. I wan to sign up again. What do I do? 

​

Purchase another box just like you did the first time. It will automatically set you back up like before.

​

 

When will I be billed for my box? 

 

You will be billed on the date of the month you signed up on the following months. 

March/May/July/September/November/January

All subscriptions are automated until canceled. You do not have to do anything to keep it going. Just purchase your first box and we got the rest.
